Parking
The museum does not have parking facilities. Please use public transportation. For details, please visit the Access Informationpage.
Museum & Garden
Please follow the instructions of the staff when in the museum and garden.
During busy periods, you may be asked to wait before entering the museum.
Prohibited Items
Please do not bring animals (except assistance dogs) or hazardous materials.
Food, drinks, fresh flowers, and wet items are not allowed.
Please use the umbrella stand for long umbrellas.
Exhibition Room
Do not touch the exhibits or display cases.
Only pencils are allowed for taking notes in the exhibition rooms.
Exhibits may be changed during the exhibition period to preserve the artwork.
The temperature, humidity, and lighting in the exhibition rooms are controlled to preserve the artwork. Please wear clothing that allows for easy temperature regulation.
Do not take pictures or make phone calls in the exhibit rooms.
Trash
There are no trash bins inside the museum. We appreciate your cooperation in taking your trash with you.
